Part 1

Stock up on the ingredients, turn on your favorite music and go to the kitchen to create masterpieces of unique and world-famous Russian cuisine!

My friend, the dishes that we will cook today will become more complicated step by step, from simple to complex, like in a game. This will help you develop your skills and learn new information more easily. The main thing is to follow the instructions exactly and be careful with sharp objects. Take your time, time is our friend. Let’s go!

Day 1/Level 1
Student soup

Ingredients:

— Red bell pepper — 1 pc.

— Drinking water — 2,5 liters.

— Medium-sized potatoes — 4—5 pcs.

— Carrots — 2 pieces of medium size

— Onion — 1 pc.

— Boiled sausage — 200 gr.

— Salt.

— Spices for soup.

— Egg noodles — 100 gr.

— A pinch of fresh herbs.

Step-by-step recipe:

1) Prepare a roast:

— Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.

— Peel the onion and chop it finely.

— Finely chop the sausages.

— Scald the pepper with boiling water, and then peel and finely chop. We send all the ingredients to a frying pan and fry in a drop of oil until golden brown. Add a pinch of ground black pepper and salt. Cook for 5—7 minutes.

2) Cooking soup:

— Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil over high heat.

— Peel the potatoes, cut them into strips and then put them in boiling water.

— As soon as the water in the pot boils again, pour the finished roast into the soup. Turn down the gas and cook the soup for another 10 minutes.

— After the time has elapsed, we taste the broth, whether there is enough salt and spices in it, leave it and add noodles. Cook the dish for 2 minutes, and then turn off the gas and leave the soup to brew for 15 minutes.

— After the time has elapsed, pour the hot soup into deep cups, and sprinkle fresh herbs on top and enjoy the use. Enjoy your meal, my friend!

Day 2/Level 2

Recipe for buckwheat soup with chicken

Ingredients:

— Chicken (thighs or breast) — 500 g.

— Buckwheat groats — 1 cup.

— Potatoes — 3—4 pcs.

— Carrots — 1 pc.

— Onion — 1 pc.

— Bay leaf — 1—2 pcs.

— Vegetable oil — for frying.

— Salt and pepper to taste

— Drinking water — 2,5—3 liters.

— Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) — to serve the dish.

Step-by-step recipe:

1. Rinse the chicken thoroughly and cut into portions.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

3. Peel and finely chop the carrots and onions.

4. Put the chicken in water and bring to a boil, remove the foam. Simmer on low heat for 30—40 minutes. Add salt and bay leaf.

5. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the carrots and fry for a few more minutes.

6. Add potatoes, buckwheat groats and fried onions and carrots to the broth. Cook until the buckwheat groats and potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes).

7. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Add finely chopped fresh herbs before serving.

8. You can serve the dish with mayonnaise or sour cream, or you can serve it with boiled egg. Bon appétit my friend!
